1. General
These terms and conditions govern your use of the Apofemme website and the purchase of products from our store. By using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. Apofemme AB is registered in Sweden with corporate identity number 559XXX-XXXX.
2. Orders and Pricing
All prices are displayed in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include VAT at 25%. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Standard shipping within Sweden is free for orders over 500 SEK. For orders below 500 SEK, a shipping fee of 49 SEK applies. Estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days. Express shipping is available at an additional cost.
4. Returns and Refunds
You have the right to return unopened products within 30 days of delivery in accordance with Swedish consumer law. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are defective. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
5. Limitation of Liability
Apofemme shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the Swedish courts. For consumer disputes, you may also contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
